Refund Policy

Platform: Nyaabs All-in-One E-commerce Platform

Operates in: Ghana

 

At Nyaabs, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for orders made through our platform.

 

1. General Conditions for Refunds

 

You may be eligible for a refund if:

1.1 You received the wrong item (e.g. wrong product or order).

1.2 The item arrived damaged, expired, or defective.

1.3 The service (like delivery or rental) was not fulfilled.

1.4 An item or service was paid for but not delivered.

 

A. Refunds are not applicable for:

1.1a Change of mind after placing the order.

1.2a Delays caused by inaccurate delivery information.

1.3a Perishable items (e.g. food) if they were delivered correctly and on time.

 

C. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund:

1. Go to your order history in the Nyaabs app or website.

2. Select the order and click “Request Refund".

 

3. Provide a reason and any photos or details if needed.

You must request a refund within 24 hours of delivery.

 

3. Processing Time

 

3.1 We’ll review your request within 1–3 business days.

 

3.2 If approved, your refund will be processed via: MoMo wallet (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) Card (if payment was via debit/credit) Or as store credit (optional)

 

Refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your payment method.

 

 

4. Special Cases

 

4a. Food & Grocery Orders:

4a.Refunds are only granted if the item is wrong, missing, or clearly unfit for consumption. We do not refund based on taste or preference.

 

4b. Pharmacy Products:

4b. Due to health and safety concerns, pharmacy items are non-refundable unless damaged, expired, or incorrect.

 

4c. Rental Services (cars, heavy equipment)

For rentals, refunds may apply only if:

4c.1.The item was not delivered or available as booked.

4c.2. The provider cancelled without a proper replacement.

 

5. Vendor & Delivery Partner Responsibility:

Vendors and riders who repeatedly cause refund issues may face penalties or removal from the Nyaabs platform.

Note:

Refunds are not applicable for:

 

Change of mind after placing the order.

Delays caused by inaccurate delivery information.

Perishable

items (e.g. food) if they were delivered correctly and on time.
